Boot Camp - Challenge your entire body by
going from one exercise to the next. Personal training
in a group setting! Be prepared for anything: outdoors
included. Pushups, jumping jacks, crunches, lunges and
other weight exercise. This is not your Mom's Aerobics
Class!
Butt & Gutt 15 minutes of leg strengthening
teams up with 15 minutes of abs for a full body workout!
Cardio
Burn - Cardio interval class including easy 2 follow
Step + Sports Drills combined with challenging weight
intervals and sweat, sweat, sweat! Great for all fitness
levels.
ChiZel
- Chisel (or Sculpt) your muscles with a total body
work-over from head to toe! High repetition boosts your
endurance and speeds up metabolism for rapid fat burning.
All levels!!!
Core Strength + Balance - Basing the class on
the "Egoscue Method" of movement, this class
focuses on strengthening the body's core while maintaining
proper alignment. This class will improve posture and
overall body mechanics. It is for every level and every
body.
Circuit
& Aerobics - Alternates Step training, Low Impact
aerobics, Jump rope, Weights and Bands to keep you motivated
and coming back for more. A great co-ed workout!
Dance
Rhythms - A dance-style aerobics class that combines
Jazz, Disco, Latin and Country dance steps. Simple,
yet demanding low impact choreography make this workout
fun and challenging. Regular attendance is encouraged,
as the class is progressive.
Jump +
Jive - Come join this high-energy class designed
for maximum calorie burn and toning. It's interval training
with cardio and sculpting segments intermixed. Cardio
sections are high intensity, including jump rope, step
and kick boxing. Modifications given for beginners to
start at just the right pace for you. Nutritional weekly
goal setting a part of the focus for those interested
in weight loss.
KiDz FiTnEsS - 30 min classes JUST FOR KIDZ!!
Mon - Thur 3:30pm- 5:30. 3 different classes a day.

Pilates

Piloga
- Mixture of Pilates + Yoga. Challenge your stability
and flexibility while increasing core strength! All
the benefits of Yoga + abdominal strength!
Salsa-Lates - Combines elements of salsa and
other types of dance! Adding resistance training, weights,
pilates, and more to create effective workouts for people
of every age and fitness level!
Saturday
Shake-Up - Different Instructors each week. Change
up your dull routine! Class format will change each
week.
Step
- High energy step combinations and patterns on
the step platform.
Strength
+ Stretch - (Functional Fitness) - Tone and strengthen
every muscle group for daily activities, posture and
quality of life. Lots of stretching mixed in! A variety
of exercise tools may be used, such as Stability Balls
and Bands to develop muscle strength and balance. (All
ages + levels)
Strength in Motion - "Strength and Stretch"
combined with small intervals of cardio to boost your
heart rate and add a little spring in your step.
Turbo
Kick - Choreographed kickboxing moves in a challenging
interval style. Burn 500 - 800 calories!! Action-packed
workout with an incredible cardio challenge. It's a
PARTY in every class!
Turbo
Pumped
- Fast Paced TurbokickTM (choreographed kickboxing)
mixed with intense weight intervals using body bars,
dumbbells, bands, balls + hard "core" conditioning
to finish!
Tae Kwon
Do (TKD) - Adults (ages 12 & up) + Children
(ages 6-11). Non contact martial arts emphasizing safety
and non-violence. Training includes stretching, mild
running, basic movements, forms, non-contact sparring
and self defense techniques. Taught by 4th Degree Black

- Improves muscle tone, flexibility, strength, stamina
