St.
Andrew's Family Fitness Plus maintains an indoor heated
pool measuring 25 yards x 25 meters. There are 8 lanes
for lap swimming and a 75' x 28' instructional area
for swim lessons, water aerobics, water walking, and
birthday parties. The pool is kept at 84 degrees year-round.

Enjoy water walking, deep water running
or lap swimming. Program runs 12:00-1:00pm Monday
- Friday.
Lane
Rental
Lane rentals are not necessary, but if you would like
to a have a lane to yourself, you may reserve a private
lane in 30 minute increments.
Cost: $8.00 per half hour.

Red Cross Lifeguard Training
Course Details:To teach the knowledge and
skills needed to prevent and respond to aquatic emergencies.
The course content and activities prepare candidates
to recognize and respond quickly and effectively to
emergencies and prevent drownings and injuries.
Prerequisites:
Participants must be able to swim 300 yards continuously
using a variety of strokes and retrieve a 10 lb. brick
from a depth of at least 7 ft.
Cost:
$140 - Members / PSD residents

LIFEGUARD
CHALLENGE
RECERTIFICATION COURSE
May 17th
2:00pm-5:00pm
This course includes recertification in Lifeguarding,
First Aid, CPR, and AED. Participants are expected to
be able to complete swim prerequisites, perform ALL
lifeguard skills accurately, and pass all written tests.
There will be no review during
this class, so please come prepared!
