DESCRIPTIONS
Aqua
Yoga:
This is a shallow water class that improves muscle tone, flexibility,
strength, stamina and circulation. Reduces stress and tension.
Low intensity.
Aqua Zumba®
It's the "pool party" workout for all ages! Fuses
hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create
a dynamic workout system!
Cool Combos:
This is a shallow water class that provides a mild cardiovascular
workout using water resistance to improve range of motion,
endurance, muscular strength and flexibility. Low to moderate
intensity.
Deep Water Dynamics:
This deep water class is geared to train your cardiovascular
system as well as give you a total body workout with NO IMPACT!
Heart rate is monitored for an aerobic workout! Having comfort
in deep water and floatation is advised. Great for PRE-NATAL
EXERCISE!! All levels of intensity welcome!
Deep Water Intensity / Aqua Pilates:
This deep water class has extreme intense cardio interval
training that will boost your heart rate throughout this class!!
Aqua Cycling is included in this hard core training! The "Floating
Pilates" portion of the class is designed to use the
water's natural resistance to increase the body's full range
of motion while stabilizing the core muscles. Great for PRE-NATAL
EXERCISE !! Moderate to high intensity.
Half-N-Half:
This is a combination of ½ shallow water class involving
aerobics and toning along with ½ deep water class with
no impact. Equipment such as buoys, noodles, and belts will
be provided. Water aerobics shoes are suggested for the shallow
part. Moderate to high intensity.
Happy Hour:
Knock out the stress of that long work day with this shallow
water class! It's a total body workout emphasizing variable
cardio and body sculpting techniques plus a whole lot of fun!
Moderate to high intensity.
Hydro Power:
This is a shallow water class involving aerobics, toning,
abdominals, balance and stretching. Equipment such as buoys,
noodles, and kickboards will be provided. Water aerobics shoes
are suggested. Moderate to high intensity.
Rise + Shine:
Shake up your morning routine with this shallow water class!
It's a total body workout emphasizing variable cardio and
body sculpting techniques plus a whole lot of fun! Moderate
to High intensity.
